Password protect a site page to manage who can view it. Visitors who navigate to a protected page are prompted to enter the password, so you can share your site content on your own terms.
Adding password protection to a page
Use the settings to add a password to a page on your site. Once you've saved and published the changes, you can send the password to anyone who needs it.
To password protect a page:
Select Pages & Menu in the Editor menu on the left.
Select the relevant page.
Click the More Actions icon .
Click Settings.
Open the Permissions tab.
Select Password holders.
Enter your chosen password for the page.
Press the Enter key on your keyboard.
